Thanks to our funders

We do not receive any grants from central or local government and are dependent on donations to enable our work to take place. We are grateful for all donations no matter how big or small but we list below the donations of £3,000 and above that we received during 2017:

  • £25,000 unrestricted donation from The Hummingbird Trust.
  • £20,000 donation from John Lyon's Charity. Towards the cost of our Story And A Half storytelling project at special schools in North West London.
  • £15,000 unrestricted donation from The Pears Foundation.
  • £9,000 donation from The Stavros Niarchos Foundation. Towards the costs of our Volunteer Co-ordinator.
  • £9,000 unrestricted donation from An Anonymous Fund.
  • £7,995 donation from The Arsenal Foundation. Towards the costs of developing a producing a new title.
  • £7,760 donation from Simply Health. Towards the costs of our Tall Stories adult storytelling project.
  • £5,000 donation from The Sobell Foundation. Towards the costs of our Volunteer Co-ordinator.
