Ruth began kitting for us in 2012 initially doing "Desmonds" but she then moved to ice creams when we launched "A Day At The Seaside" the following year. Her ice creams quickly became the gold standard, she loved making them and completed over 300 of them until her illness last year. Our thoughts are with her husband, Kevin.
