Bag Books has been hosting multi-sensory storytelling at a variety of locations throughout the UK since 1997.

Bag Books has delivered multi-sensory storytelling sessions at 94% of all special schools catering for children with severe or profound and multiple learning disabilities in the UK.

In addition, Bag Books is part way through a three year Big Lottery funded project to deliver storytelling at adult day centres and residential homes for adults with learning disabilities. Bag Books also hosts multi-sensory storytelling sessions at libraries, children’s hospices and museums throughout the UK.

In 2015, Bag Books' team of multi-sensory storytellers told stories to over 6,400 people.

Bag Books is committed to empowering and enriching the lives of those with learning disabilities through the provision of multi-sensory storytelling, helping them to reach their potential regardless of disability.
